Is getting there! Sri said i looked skinnier, yes! i havent really finish reading that "Joshi's Holistic Detox" but i get the idea :) so this is my everyday routine:
morning: 2 table spoons of apple vinegar + honey + warm water and a banana
Afternoon: eat whatever i want but in small portion
Night: eat whatever i want in small portion before 7.30
then before i go to bed, i do 3 set of 20 sit ups
and i dont drink softdrink... water for most of the time, cold water and herbal tea
i dont really eat red meat... infact i havent consume any meat in a past 2 weeks now... mostly vegetable with my own salad dressing: freshly squished lemon juice + garlic + olive oil
i tried to reduce my amount of carbs and that is so hard! i love love love my carbs! breads, rices, pasta, love love love love!
and every night time, i always go to bed feelng hungry :( but, this is going to do good for my body :)
