is called "nice girl dont get rich, australian edition, 75 avoidable mistakes women make with money" by Lois P. Frankel... I think this book is pretty good.. but then agan, i have no knowledge in making money... this book basically says that women and men since they were little they received different messages in relation to money... men suppose to be the breadwinner while women should be able to look after themself and their family... men invest, women save, men look after themself, women look after other people, men suppose to be smart and good in math, women suppose to let men fulfill his ego and trust them better than to trust their own intuition... and many more....
The more chapter i read, the more i realised that i NEED this! and i starting to realise my mistakes... to buy stuff for other people.... to save, but not invest (my next book will be about investing), to always give and believe that doing good is enough in this life... and that my friend, is only up to chapter 17 and there's probably more mistakes that i have done without even realising them!!!!!!
I told will what i read and he doesnt like it... he wants me to just be nice and be nice is more important... well, i cant just let him do the thinking for our financial future.. i need to know how to handle my share and money... my goal from this is to be savy and nice at the same time... i think i can be nice and rich at the same time. need to start reading more bussiness (yea, right) articles and more up to date with the terms like financial portfolio and such.... indeed...
