My First Step

is to admit that you have problem.. they say to admit it you are already in a healing process, so let's hope that is true. now, my problem is attachment or the other word possessive behaviour and i think im suffering from possessive behaviour disorder, indeed it is true.... therefore, i really need to do something about it... i want to be normal and having normal relationship... where i dont feel jealous just because other girl is talking to my bf or my friend is hanging out with her other friend or if my cat decidedto choose my sis over me.

I have been googling on how to control or help such behaviour... but so far this behaviour is related to dogs.... sigh, need to find a book or even book an appointment to see a doctor... but from what i've read, i need alot of support from my bf especially... sigh, hope he's understand that this is not something that's easy to do.... so many people is suffering from it and they dont care about it.... but i do and i want to be a better person... at the moment, im just trying to convince my self that there's nothing to be jealous about cos i trust him... and that was and probably is painful... one step at a time i say... it is indeed a process.

I am reading a book called "secrets about life every woman should know, ten principles for total spiritual and emotional fulfilment" by barbara de angelis. still reading the first principle, which is you only need your self to be happy... which means you dont need things or people to make you happy... it has to be from your innerself... so if you accept who you are and be in peace with yourself, you will be happy... i angree with it but it takes forever for me to convince or to learn how... so again, it is a process.... sigh, so much for being a good person...
