how much is enough? and im talking about giving donation, not other thing, lol~ as you all know, im the head of my primary school group and now we're in the middle of planning a second reunion... but then the other day, it got me thinking... what about if we give the left over money from the reunion away to an orphanage... Alvin thought it will be a good idea and he will support it... but it doesnt have to be an orphanage, so that's ok... but then how much do people usually donate? last year, there's only about 500.000rp left from it... and that's 71$ dollar.... and if im going to say "this charity is coming from bla bla bla" and then hand in 500000 rupiah.... i dont know if they are going to be happy or not thinking... that's so small! cant get anythig from it... well, that's not true.. but yea, u cant really buy alot for the whole community... one million is consider as ok now in jakarta... teenagers bring more than that to hang out in a mall.... so ya.. and also the procedures... do i need to ring them up? do i just go there and drop it or how? what? when? where? who? all of the questions came out just because... sigh...

No matter how small a donation is, it matters more to the people accepting it. If you're embarrassed because of the small amount, just donate anonymously. Or is this a dilemma between the intention to be recognised and the amount of money donated? :)
