My Perception on People's Perception

We hear this over and over again... dont judge a book by its cover, but we just cant help it... we took it for granted and we usually do it naturally even without realising it.... then the expression, first impression is always count came out... and we live in a world where people will always judge u mostly from your appearance.

Alvin told me that he thought that im everything that im not... party girl, drinking, drugging (probably), smoking, airhead and so on..... everything that im.... not.... Alvin first impression of me was pretty big and you can say... negative.... but then the more he get to know me, the more he knows that im so different from what he thought i was..... and he even said, im a living proof of the espression dont judge a book by its cover.

I guess it is a compliment.... and also i watched Dr Phil's House the other day and it was talking about people being judgemental..... it kinda make me realise that im one of them..... so that will be something that i need to fix myself... not be judgemental..... i guess it was good back in sydney when i was with alvin... in a way, i can see that we're kinda helping each other to improve.... i helped him to be more open about stuff and i tried to be more open about everything and also not to judge..... but now.... all i can do is to keep reminding my self... dont label people. just think of them as human... unless they are being stupidly idiot things..... sigh~ it is always hard to improve your self because the more u realised it.... it is a hard work to do....
